Idaho State Police Investigate a Single-Vehicle Rollover Crash in Ada County

Idaho State Police is investigating a single-vehicle injury crash that occurred at approximately 8:15 a.m. on September 13, 2026, on eastbound Interstate 84 at milepost 45, near Meridian, in Ada County.

A 24-year-old male, from Caldwell, was driving a 1996 Ford Ranger, with a juvenile passenger, when he experienced a medical emergency. The vehicle struck the guardrail on the right shoulder before rolling and coming to rest on its driver’s side in the lane of travel.

The eastbound lanes were blocked for approximately three hours while emergency responders assisted those involved and crews cleared the scene.

This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
